Software Engineer #1/Java & J2EE Programmer

Looking for multiple Java & J2EE Programmers/Developers/Engineers. The ideal candidate(s) should have the following qualifiactions: • Minimum of Bachelor's or Higher degree in computer sciences/information systems/communications or equivalent required. • Understanding of SDLC Methodologies & processes - Waterfall and Agile/Scrum. • Ability to integrate with teams, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking are essential to effectively conduct the required tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking. • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when necessary. • Modify existing application code or interfaces or build new application components from detailed requirements. • Analysis of requirements, support of the design, development of the code, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance of those programs and interfaces. QA FACETS

QA Consultant is responsible for the overall outcome of any given project. He or she will do everything in his/her capacity to ensure a successful outcome within given budget and timeframe. He or she will coordinate and lead all activities of testing including system, integration, regression, end to end and performance testing of medium to a large complexity projects. The QA Consultant must be a self-starter and be able to work with little or no supervision. He or she is responsible for leading the testing of new applications and coordinate all testing activities. He/she also determines testing strategies and provides testing resource estimations and consulting to project teams. He/she documents and assists in the resolution of complex problems and issues. The applicant should be having expertise in collaborating with external vendors, business and technical resources to analyze problems encountered in testing and determining changes required to correct problems.

Required Skills/Experience At least 5 years of experience in the below Facets modules

Medical Plans Pricing and Provider Subscriber/Member Billing Claims Processing

Working knowledge of Unix based operating systems and understanding of Unix Scripting Comprehensive end-end healthcare operational experience, including but not limited to claims and EDI transactions (834, 837/835, 270/271 etc.)

Top Three Skills/Experience

Minimum 8 to 10 years related experience preferred Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience leading project testing Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience working on US Healthcare projects

Software Programmer/Analyst#2

Looking for multiple Microsoft .NET Programmers/Developers. Heavy emphasis on C#. • Experience in ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity F/W and experienced in using Microsoft Enterprise Library 5.1 Application Blocks. • SQL experience (T-SQL, Stored Procedures (MS SQL 2008), Functions and Indexes and experience in Database Tuning and Performance Monitoring). • Ability to enforce Security (Server hardening, Cross-site scripting, SQL Injection etc.) • Knowledge in IIS (version 7.0 and above) configuration. • Experienced in using source control (SVN),TFS


Database,BI Developers/Administrators

Web Server Administrator

Must have setup and administered PeopleSoft 8.4 or 8.8. Siteminder administration and architecture. Must have setup and administered Siteminder 5.5. This includes experience with Weblogic plug-in and PeopleSoft plug-in.


QA Tester/Analyst

Looking for Quality Assurance Analysts,Testers. The ideal candidate(s) should have the following qualifiactions: • Minimum of Bachelor's or Higher degree. • Understanding of SDLC Methodologies & processes - Waterfall and Agile/Scrum. • Ability to integrate with teams, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking are essential to effectively conduct the required tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking. • Work with technical teams and business partners to define/refine business rules and processes • Drives collaboration between QA and business/development teams to maximize timely delivery of solutions • Create, and maintain test scenarios and documentation • Collaborate with the development team and business partners throughout the development life-cycle • Work with the QA and development teams to create test data sets which fully exercise data validation and end-to-end system functionality • Provide risk assessment related to project and system enhancements and upgrades • Validate code changes written in various technologies • Verify system usability through comprehensive interface, workflow, and use-case test execution • Identify and track defects when test failures occur, narrowing the root cause to enable efficient investigation • Lead automated and performance/stress testing activities, in collaboration with the development and operations teams, to ensure satisfactory performance of the system • Support User Acceptance Testing • Perform production site, data, and release validations which could occur after hours or on weekends • Participate in QA process improvement initiatives and cross-team/company activities • Assist in the management of operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications • Knowledge of QA concepts and development principles (e.g. Functional, Integration, Regression, Unit Test) • Experience with manually testing complex workflow applications, algorithms, aggregations, or systems infrastructure • Experience using CRM or Marketing Automation systems, preferably Salesforce.com, Eloqua, Marketo, Exact Target • Direct Advisory Board product experience (e.g., Salesforce, Advisory.com, JIRA Issue & Project Tracking, Surgery Blocks, SSC, PIC) • Experience with analytic tools (Excel, SQL, Access, SAP) • Knowledge of relational databases • Experience working in an iterative development environment or environment with heavy interaction with developers and business partners • Knowledge of automation methodologies or tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP,Load Runner,Jmeter,SOAP UI etc.)


Test Lead

Test Lead: Analyze business documents and Create test strategy & test plan for functional and end to end testing. Work on NPS (NASCO Processing System) and NCompass Applications. Conduct defect triage meetings with Business stakeholders and development teams to get resolution for defects, create daily status report and monthly metrics. Design effective Test Cases, Map the test cases to business requirements in RTM, review test data and test execution. Conduct impact analysis and root cause analysis, Identify resolution steps for issues and mitigation plan for risks to complete testing. Accept BS+5yr exp as MS. Primary worksite is Novi MI, but relocation is possible. Req: Master degree in Computer Science or Elect. Engineering with 6 months experience as Test Lead or Consultant. Related exp must including working on NASCO Processing System. Ref: #7268.


Business Analyst

Looking for Business Analysts. The ideal candidate(s) should have the following qualifiactions: • Minimum of Bachelor's or Higher degree,a degree(focus as an MBA, MIS, computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, or other quantitative field a plus). • Understanding of SDLC Methodologies & processes - Waterfall and Agile/Scrum. • Ability to integrate with teams, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking are essential to effectively conduct the required tasks. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking. • Work with technical teams and business partners to define/refine business rules and processes • Proactively seek to understand current technology of engineering teams as well as needs and gaps • Understand how technology needs of engineering teams align with the environments, processes and tools developed and maintained by the foundations teams. • Facilitate technology discussions between engineering teams and foundations teams regarding schedule and priority • Partner with the engineering teams to develop, quantify, and track technical KPIs to measure improvement • Facilitate the collection of operational requirements, communicate how they fit into milestones and minimum viable products for releases and track completion • Collaborate with Product owner and scrum master to define, through written and verbal documentation, features and EPICs (higher level user stories) and decompose into user stories that developers can follow with clear acceptance criteria. • Review external requirements and ask the appropriate questions to clarify these requirements and route them to the appropriate technology domain • Coordinate and manage vendors (when applicable) responsible for various components of the platform. • Effectively communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion • Review project deliverables to ensure completeness & adherence to standards; Manage risks and issues • Monitor post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of all details • Clearly communicate stories and acceptance criteria to dev and QA to shape test scripts • Produce technical documentation including environment diagrams and process flows Requirements: Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills Enthusiastic team-player, as well as a self-starter Ability to establish goals and set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and follow through to completion Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution, and customer service Strong presentation skills Flexibility and adaptability to adjust and alter approach promptly and efficiently, when needed Experience with Agile project management Ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors Experience working with third party vendors with an understanding of systems integration Must be able to clearly and regularly communicate status, issues and risks to project stakeholders Must be highly organized and able to multi-task Have a thorough understanding of how back-end and web-based systems interface with each other Expert with Microsoft Office (Word, Project, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) Experience with project tracking tools such as JIRA, Rally, etc. Knowledge of various functional domains(Finance,Healthcare,Retail,Media & publishing industry or multi-channel product management) a plus
